Conrad Hong Kong welcomes the acclaimed Blend Brothers from the Dutch province of Zeeland for an exclusive culinary collaboration at Brasserie on the Eighth, running from November 6 to 14. Alongside speciality restaurant chef Gary Lau, chefs Hendrik and Kamiel Buysse will present limited-time menus that artfully weave Dutch innovation and Hong Kong flair, featuring a multisensory dining experience inspired by both regions.
Guests can choose from four or five courses – think Dutch oysters, hamachi and scallop crudo, classic beef croquettes and inventive main dishes finished with signature cocktails and bar snacks, all set to vibrant music by chef (and DJ) Kamiel.
