What these designs lacked in eye-popping hues, they made up for in interesting shapes and finishes. Sometimes, it is the small details that can make an outfit!
Sharp tailoring had many moments this week, too. To promote her new book, The Look, Michelle Obama wore a chic Chanel suitāone of the first stars to wear a Matthieu Blazy creation. Another star who embraced their own take on suiting up? Taylor Swift, who stepped out for dinner at The Corner Store with Sabrina Carpenter in New York this weekendāchoosing a pleated Thom Browne skirt and collared shirt to do so. It was like a grown-up (and super stylish) take on a school uniform.
