I spend 5 to 6 hours on my phone per day. I wondered why I spend this much, but when I look at the statistics, instant messaging is not surprising.
It seems awkward when I criticize social media all the time but end up spending most time on it. I should blame myself for that.
If I look into it further, it was “group chats” that I spend too much time on. I felt shame when I found this out. Maybe it would be better for me if I delete those essays.
I’ll keep them there anyway.
Besides social media, I spend most time on navigating, reading and learning French on Duolingo. If I really work as …

Besides social media, I spend most time on navigating, reading and learning French on Duolingo. If I really work as hard as I believe myself would do, then reading and learning should be the ones I spend mostly my time on. Note that, Joseph.
There are times I spend on browsing and using AI. But browsing on a mobile phone is no good experience. Websites can be responsive but the screen size is always physically limited.
Beside all these, a phone should do what a “phone” does in the first place: making phone calls and sending texts. But in fact we don’t do these anymore. We make calls in an instant messaging apps. Not to mention texts.
