The system operates locally (directory-based scope), integrates a local LLM (via Ollama), and is designed as a closed loop: it analyzes its own execution artifacts (logs, traces, constraints, memory), evaluates system-level signals (coherence, technical debt, stability), applies controlled constraint fixes, and produces actionable solutions based on its own internal state, not external APIs. No cloud inference. No external dependencies. No hidden feedback loops. The goal is not “chatting”, but infrastructure-aware reasoning: a system that can function in air-gapped or regulated environments, remain observable, and evolve in a deterministic, debuggable way.
