Welcome to my blog. I am a self-taught developer. Currently, I am mainly writing about databases.

What is my point? My name is Maya and this is one of my outlets. At the time of writing this 'about me' page the blog is still empty. If I follow through on what I promise myself, the blog will become less empty, and my points will become clearer. Near the end of 2024 I started the @mayaofspring Twitter account, which was most likely one of the most consequential decisions I've made in my life thus far. There are at least a couple reasons why I did so: one being that having a public diary is a pretty good way of organically matching with potential friends (this actually works); the other is that I realised I do have a strong sense for the world I want, even if I can't quite describe it shortly yet. Stuff I've posted online includes (not exhaustively): - photos (especially of flowers) - programming takes - socioeconopolitical takes - transsexual survival and revival - general whimsy Also, you can usually find me in London these days; if you'd like to meet I'm most likely available!
