Dos semanas intensas de setup, comandos y discovery. 𝐘 𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐣𝐞 𝐦á𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐟𝐮𝐞 𝐚 𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐭é𝐜𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐨. Cuando quisimos empezar a desarrollar, nos frenamos. Nos faltaba información: ¿qué queremos construir exactamente? ¿cómo? Sin claridad en esto, no podíamos crear buenas Specs. Entonces: dejamos el IDE, reunimos al equipo completo -𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵, 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯, 𝘐𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘳í𝘢- por un día y medio de full-time thinking. Descubrimos juntos las respuestas: visión, fricciones, necesidades de los devs que usarían nuestra plataforma, posibilidades de crecimiento. Con eso claro, volvimos a las Specs. Más detalladas. Más granulares. El cambio importante y notorio: antes tomábamos una tarea, hacíamos ping-pong con el agente de IA (analiza, implementa, mejora, refactoriza), iterando prompts. 𝐀𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐃𝐃 𝐧𝐨𝐬 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐣𝐚 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐥 𝐪𝐮é 𝐲 𝐞𝐥 𝐜ó𝐦𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐞 𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨. 𝐄𝐥 𝐜ó𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐨 𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐞𝐥 ú𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐨 🤯 Probamos con repo nuevo (𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥) y repo existente (𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥). Pivoteamos al original.
