After treating us to a fresh class and story campaign at the end of December, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’s Cartel’s Favours 2026 event has now started, giving us new rewards to chase while we mow down swarms of heretics in the name of the Emperor.
Live since January 29 and set to end on February 16, Darktide’s Cartel’s Favours 2026 event adds extra spice to the stimms that enhance our ability to obliterate foes, while giving us a brand new insignia frame to chase.

After treating us to a fresh class and story campaign at the end of December, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’s Cartel’s Favours 2026 event has now started, giving us new rewards to chase while we mow down swarms of heretics in the name of the Emperor.

“The Cartels have opened their vaults, granting access to enhanced stimms to help fight the rising tide,” reads the lore blurb shared in the Steam post announcing the event.
“Dismayed by the state of the city, and keen to show their worth, the Cartels’ chemists have cooked up a special batch of enhanced stimms and distributed them throughout Tertium.
“These are particularly effective against the recent spate of Pox Gas attacks that the Admonition has unleashed on the populace. Get out there and put them to the test.”
During Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’s Cartel’s Favours 2026 event, all available stimms have their effectiveness improved. In addition, they also grant stacks of Pox Gas resistance, making us more resilient in battle.
Until its end date, completing missions sees us progressing through reward tiers, which include currency such as ordo dockets, plasteel, and diamantine. Reaching the last tier unlocks the previously mentioned new insignia frame, which you can check out by following the link above.
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’s Cartel’s Favours 2026 event is only the start to what could shape up to be a busy year for Fathsark’s first-person action game. The developer previously teased a new class as being in the works. With a bit of luck, that won’t be the only piece of content we get over the coming months.
